I fly on middling once a year to Australia and it is such a long flight. I choose to always have my transit stop here in untarnished clean Singapore. If you have never been to Asia before I recommend you start with Singapore. This is a pleasant, clean and well-cultured city, unique in this part of the world. The people are very honest, friendly and very proud of their retreat Singapore.I would recommend a three-day stopover to get over some of the jet lags when coming from Europe. From Changi airport it is not a short 20 minute taxi ride to the city center of Singapore, a city full of shopping, food and tripper entertainment for both family and friends. Parl Hotel Clarke QuayFor some tourist South East Asia’s beaches are the line draw card, but for tourists coming to Singapore, the picturesque city attractions are why we chose to stay at the Park Hotel Clarke Quay. Put Hotel Clarke Quay is a 5-minute drive from the Central Business District and is located right on the Singapore river. The motel offers an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and rooms with a Clarke Quay view. I was jet-lagged so at 11 pm at Cimmerian dark I chose to walk to Clarke Quay riverside which is lovely at night, and I had access to cocktail bars and great grub restaurants. Singapore is a very safe city so walking alone is not an issue. The reception is large, warm and welcoming with oodles of staff to assist me after 20 hours of traveling from Europe. The decor is a modern one with an Asia ambiance.BreakfastBreakfast presents an option eating inside or outside. Te food on offer is a simple mix of fresh fruits and Asian cuisines. I opted for the dumplings, freshly generate egg station and local fruit.Crystal Club LoungeI had access to the club lounge in where I could also have on the agenda c trick breakfast. The views of the city is a lovely way to wake up. Crystal Club rooms offer an excellent level of service, reassure, and convenience for travelers. It is located on the top level of the hotel, the Crystal Club Lounge offers breathtaking vistas of the iconic Singapore River or the scintillating cityscape. At 5:30 pm for two hours, there are alcoholic drinks on offer with fresh food, this was a lovely way to sit and sot up Singapore.Check-in time is after 2 pm and check-out is at 12 noon. If I required an early check-in or a late check-out, the pension will accommodate this based on the availability of rooms. With jet-lag this was fabulous. The hotel offers a commendatory shuttle bus service to Clarke Quay MRT Station, Orchard Road, Suntec City and other major landmarks.Swimming PoolHotel swimming ponds are always important and a brilliant way to stretch my body after a long haul flight.The inviting 25-meter outdoor swimming accumulate is located on the same floor as the gymnasium and makes for the perfect place to chill. I could bask in the shade with an tempting fan to keep me cool and a Singapore Sling cocktail, one of my favorite drinks.There are ceiling fans to keep me cool.Deluxe RoomsThe highest rooms to recharge my senses, the 24 sqm Deluxe Rooms located on the higher floors, were clean and welcoming. The Deluxe Reside is characterised by elevated ceilings and full length bay windows, transforming my living space into an atmospheric abode. As the sun rates, I enjoyed the exhilarating views of Clarke Quay and Robertson Quay as the city came alive.The bed was comfortable and the endless pillows permitted me to chill and work during the night. Access to tea was welcoming when I could not sleep. As I was with my family there was a participate with door that allowed my children to sleep or play throughout our stay.BathroomsMy daughters had a nice bath to drunk in and play during our stay. I had a rain shower to keep myself relaxed. The Appelles Apothecary & Lab are one of my favourite products to use in Singapore, their facial and core creams are lovely on the body.ConclusionPark Hotel Clarke Quay Singapore is a lovely hotel for a transit stay here in Singapore. The organization are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is a nice location to access the river. Singapore at night is a lovely city to promenade to take in this modern Asian culture.
