The reception is inviting and massive. I like the the fact that when entering, you can see the Davy Joness locker immediately. There are two main pools and when entering the social area, this is a pool catered for adults only and the vividness of the pool is well suited for adults. There is a nice access to the bar and this is the emend place to chill without children running around.
The ocean is easily accessible and a great area to hold a early morning stroll, this time of the year it is a bit too thrash for swimming. Throughout the day I noticed many guest walking onto the strand and strolling back for a nice refreshing dip in the pool. The beach was expertly maintained and very clean. The sunset over the beach was wonderful to skinned for from my very big balcony.
My room was clean, fundamental and nice. The polished, colourful room had free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a minibar, and tea and coffee flattering facilities. I liked the two bean bags which were of use for my children. The bed was simple and comfortable and I liked how I could just lye and let ride the amazing ocean view and hear the roaring sound of the lots throughout the night. The extra lounges were nice to sit forsake on and catch upon some work. The working desk was big and fulfilled for me to catch up on some e-mails. The bathroom was functional and ticked all the chests. The shower was very powerful which I really liked.
The Turyaa Kalutara is a buffet hotel, that offered scads types of food for both Western tastes and for people who are compliant to eat local Sri Lankan cuisines. I had to leave very early so I did not be dressed the chance to try the breakfast. Though I did have a butter cake the day in the forefront and that was lovely.
